By inviting or using the Eris Discord bot ("the Bot"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the Bot from your server.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Eris is a Discord bot providing moderation, utility, fun, and automation features for Discord servers. The Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

• You must have proper permissions to add the Bot to a Discord server
• You are responsible for how the Bot is configured and used in your server

7. AVAILABILITY AND MODIFICATIONS

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Bot

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Bot is provided without warranty of any kind
• We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Bot
• We are not responsible for data loss, server issues, or service interruptions
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid to use the Bot (which is zero for free users)

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All code, features, and content related to the Bot remain the property of its developers. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Bot's code without permission.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Bot may integrate with third-party services (Discord, APIs, etc.). We are not responsible for these third-party services or their terms of service.

11. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate access to the Bot for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may stop using the Bot at any time by removing it from your server.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
